We who believe in the power of the Spirit of our ancestors know the influence of those that came before us and continue to guide our creative voice. We are going to share how our elders and ancestors trace the path where we grow and lead us to the present. How the artistic practice plays a role in justice and cultural equity. How Art is essential in historic moments of change by empowering social, racial and cultural movements of justice.
Our panel features artists who intentionally incorporate the issues faced by our communities in their work.
