2021 Oregon Sea Grant Resilience Fellowship

Deadline: November 20, 2020 by 5:00PM (PT)

Additional details on the fellowship and how to apply can be found in the official request for application here.

This fellowship is intended to give an individual first-hand experience in coastal resilience at the state level, working closely with OSG personnel and partners. This opportunity will provide support to increase the resilience of Oregon communities to the impacts of climate change and coastal natural hazards (e.g. coastal erosion, earthquakes, and tsunamis).

Eligibility: Open to individuals with post-graduate degrees (Masters, PhD, or other related professional degrees) from any university or college (US or international) with focus in coastal resilience. Applicants must be US citizens. Preference will be given to those who will have completed their degree by the start of the fellowship. Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest and experience in marine/coastal resilience or other related fields, with priority given to applicants with Oregon-specific knowledge.
