CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

This year the membership and conference registration can be completed in the same portal. Please be reminded that you must be CSA member in order to present at the conference. And you must log in below using your email address that you use for CSA business (the same you used for submission and membership) and follow the instructions. If you don’t know your password, click on “retrieve password” and it will be emailed to you. If you need to pay via cheque or via the Secretariat, please contact the Secretariat at secretariat@caribbeanstudiesassociation.org. The registration fees for 2021 are as follows:

Conference Registration by the deadline (TBA)

  • Member Fee (Caribbean): US$150
  • Member Fee (Non-Caribbean Resident): US$175
  • Non-Member Students Fee: US$80
  • Student Fee: US$ 60
  • Non-Members (i.e. not presenting): US$230
  • CSA Elder (retired): US$60
  • Lifetime Members: US$150

NOTE: Due to financial hardships resulting from of the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference registration fees will not increase this year.

CSA MEMBERSHIP

Early-Bird Membership by the deadline (31st January 2021)

  • Caribbean Resident: US$100
  • Non-Caribbean Resident: US$185
  • Student: US$65
  • CSA Elder: US$65

After January 31st and On-Site

  • Caribbean Resident: US$115
  • Non-Caribbean Resident: US$215
  • Student: US$75
  • CSA Elder: US$75

NOTE:

CSA Elders are defined as CSA members who have retired but still want to actively attend and participate in the CSA conferences.

Students: All persons who are registered as students must present a valid student ID at the conference venue in order to collect their conference package.

Local Rates: For residents of Guyana attending the conference. A valid form of ID must be shown.

Conference Payments: Payments made with debit or credit cards are processed through PayPal. Due to the policies between PayPal and certain international banks in Europe, the payments may not be able to be processed through PayPal.
