HOST HOTEL & CONFERENCE LOCATION: Pegasus Hotel, Georgetown, Guyana
The host hotel available for the 2020 CSA Annual Conference is the Pegasus Hotel. A single room, which will include breakfast and wifi, will cost 150 USD plus tax. A double room, which will also include breakfast and wifi, will cost 170 USD plus tax. To reserve a room, please email email@example.com. Indicate in your reservation that it will be under the CSA Annual Conference as well as your name, date of stay, and preference of room. You may attach a form of payment before or after a confirmation email has been sent. If there are any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
El hotel anfitrión estara disponible para la conferesia anual de 2020 CSA en el hotel Pegasus. Un cuarto que encluye desayuno y WIFI, costara 150 USD más impuestos.. Un cuarto doble, que tambien incluye desayuno y wifi costara 170 USD más impuestos.. Para reservar un cuarto, favor de mandar un Email a email@example.com. Indice en su reservasion que estaran en la Conferensia anual de CSA alado de su nombre, dia que se queden y preferensia de cuarto. This year the membership and conference registration can be completed in the same portal. Please be reminded that you must be CSA member in order to present at the conference. And you must log in below using your email address that you use for CSA business (the same you used for submission and membership) and follow the instructions. If you don’t know your password, click on “retrieve password” and it will be emailed to you. If you need to pay via cheque or via the Secretariat, please contact the Secretariat at email@example.com. The registration fees for 2020 are as follows:
Early-Bird Conference Registration by the deadline (31st March 2020)
- Member Fee (Caribbean): US$150
- Member Fee (Non-Caribbean Resident): US$175
- Non-Member Students Fee: US$80
- Student Fee: US$ 60
- Non-Members (i.e. not presenting): US$230
- CSA Elder (retired): US$60
- Lifetime Members: US$150
After March 31st and On-Site (15% increase on previous fees)
- Members: US$230
- Non-Members: US$320
- Member Students: US$75
- Non-Member Students: US$105
- CSA Elder (retired): US$75

- Caribbean Resident: US$100
- Non-Caribbean Resident: US$185
- Student: US$65
- CSA Elder: US$65
After January 31st and On-Site
- Caribbean Resident: US$115
- Non-Caribbean Resident: US$215

CSA Elders are defined as CSA members who have retired but still want to actively attend and participate in the CSA conferences.
Students: All persons who are registered as students must present a valid student ID at the conference venue in order to collect their conference package.
Local Rates: For residents of Guyana attending the conference. A valid form of ID must be shown.
Conference Payments: Payments made with debit or credit cards are processed through PayPal. Due to the policies between PayPal and certain international banks in Europe, the payments may not be able to be processed through PayPal.
