We regret that Alfonso Munera, who was scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the opening ceremony, will be unable to attend the conference due to illness. We are honored to now have Silvio Torres-Saillant as our keynote speaker. His address is titled, Knowledge, Legitimacy, and the Dream of Caribbean Unity.
