Assistant or Associate Professor of French
The Department of French in the College and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Virginia invites applications for a position, at the rank of tenure-track assistant professor or tenured associate professor, in Francophone Cultures of the Global South. We are particularly interested in scholars whose work considers the exchange and flow of ideas and people between metropolitan France and one or more of France’s former colonies or territories, in the Caribbean and North Africa especially.
