Grenada Grand Beach Resort (Details in English, French, Spanish)

Grenada Grand Beach Resort has been identified as the premier conference hotel to provide accommodation for delegates of the 38th Annual Conference of the CSA during 3-7 June 2013 in Grenada. It exposes its guests to some of the most scenic vistas that Grenada has to offer. Situated directly on the famous Grand Anse Beach guests will enjoy panoramic views of the beach and the Capital City of St. Georges. All hotel amenities can be obtained from the hotel's website that is available in the appropriate link on the CSA website. The main meeting rooms for the conference are located in the Grenada Grand Beach Resort.

Flamboyant Hotel and Villas (Details in English, French, Spanish)

Flamboyant Hotel and Villas has been identified as one of the main hotels to provide accommodation for delegates of the 38th Annual Conference of the CSA during 3-7 June 2013 in Grenada. It exposes its guests to some of the most scenic vistas that Grenada has to offer. Guests will enjoy a panoramic view of the famous Grand Anse Beach and the Capital City of St. Georges while staying at Flamboyant. All hotel amenities can be obtained from the hotel's website that is available in the appropriate link on the CSA website. At Flamboyant, there are several steps that provide access to many of the guest rooms from the lobby as well as from the restaurant and beach facilities. The latter is worth noting since the restaurant facilities are close to the beach and in some instances, on the beach. In order to provide easier access to its full range of services, Flamboyant has provided trolleys. Delegates should also be aware that Flamboyant is at least 20 minutes walking distance from the main conference centre.

It exposes its guests to some of the most scenic vistas that Grenada has to offer. Situated directly on the famous Grand Anse Beach guests will enjoy panoramic views of the beach and the Capital City of St. Georges. The main meeting rooms for the conference are located in the Grenada Grand Beach Resort. Delegates should also be aware that Coyaba Beach Hotel is 7-10 minutes walking distance from the main conference centre.

CSA Rates - US$126 Single Occupancy and US$146 Double Occupancy

Beachfront (30 rooms available):
CSA Rates - US$163 Single Occupancy and US$183 Double Occupancy

Grand Beachfront (20 rooms available):
CSA Rates - US$200 Single Occupancy and US$220 Double Occupancy

B. Terms:

Children under 16 years stay free in the same room with parents. The
Breakfast supplement for Children 3 - 12 years is US$10 (inclusive).

Children 16 years and over sharing with adults, pay a Breakfast supplement
of US$20 (inclusive).

The maximum number of occupants per room are two (2) adults, or two
(2) adults and two children under the age of 16.

Room Rates are net of all promotional items in US funds and Inclusive of
20% (10 % Service Charge, & 10% VAT), Full Breakfast and High Speed
Wireless Internet.

Rates quoted are valid and extended for three (3) days prior and three (3)
days following the function dates as noted above, subject to availability,
after which time the Hotel’s published rates will be charged.

Check in time is at 3:00pm and check out time is at 12:00noon.
