I hope this note find you well. In about two months we will be together in Gwada. Here are some new information.
1. I will strongly recommend that you use the group code 8552BX if you are using AA.
2. Normally the trip from the airport to le Gosier may cost between $US40-50 one way. The Local committee is negotiating with a company for a cheaper cost. However, they need the number of people traveling, names, flight, date and time of arrival and departure, hotels. 4. The LOC is also negotiating lunch at 10 Euros a ticket with a discount for 5 meals at 8 Euros a meal. Normally, lunch costs between 14-20 Euros. If you want to have the discounted lunch. Please let us know by emailing Eleonore at ebcsa2012@gmail.com
