Acceptance letters have now been sent out. If you submitted an abstract and have not received any confirmation, please let us know asap at datrotz@gmail.com.

For those of you who have been notified, we urge you to let us know if you will attend the conference by Friday March 12th, so that we can proceed with the conference programming. Please note that only those who have registered for the conference will be allowed to present. You can register online and on-site registration is also permitted (rates are higher for on-site registration beginning May 24th ).

We shall post on the CSA website further details of your panel, and day and time of presentation, by mid April.

One change this year! Given no-shows in the past, the Executive Council of the CSA has taken a decision on non-participation without adequate notification. While we are sympathetic to those panelists burdened with last minute emergencies that may prevent them from participating, we require adequate notice to the
Program Committee at datrotz@gmail.com so that appropriate adjustments can be made to the program in order to retain the integrity of panels. The CSA reserves the right to censure subsequent paper proposals for future conferences from such persons whose papers have been accepted for presentation, but who fail to show up, and who provide inadequate or no notification about their non-attendance.
